Mike is a lawyer for creatives, innovators, and do-gooders. He provides innovative legal services to sports and entertainment companies, musicians, creators, start-ups, not-for-profits, and charities.
As an experienced General Counsel, he is engaged by major Canadian institutions to help redesign in-house legal services, increase efficiency, solve deal flow issues, and build stronger links with internal clients.
In 2021, Mike created an online platform called “Lagom” exclusively to assist creative entrepreneurs. Lagom provides customized contract templates and useful lawyer consults at affordable flat rates.
